The Linkmisty operator (the “Operator”) handles information relating to users of the service as described below.

1. Account Information

We may collect username, email address, authentication information, profile image, registration date, last login time and plan information. Passwords are normally stored in hashed form; the Operator does not view plain-text passwords.

2. External Login Information

When Google or another external sign-in provider is used, we may receive identifiers, email address, display name and profile information. Linkmisty does not obtain your Google account password.

3. Access and Device Information

We may collect IP address, User-Agent, OS, browser, device information, cookies, session identifiers, access time, referrer, PV, unique visits, clicks, CTR and page-view history for analytics, security, fraud prevention and reward calculations.

4. Content You Create

We store cards, titles, body text, images, destination URLs, CTAs, profile pages and other information you submit. Information marked public may be viewable by anyone on the internet.

5. Revenue and Payout Information

If monetization is used, we may store advertising revenue, Revenue Share, referral rewards, available balance, payout requests, payout history, payout method and payout destination information.

7. Cookies

We may use cookies for login sessions, unique-visitor measurement, fraud prevention, advertising and analytics. Disabling cookies may prevent some service functions from working.

8. Advertising

Third-party advertising providers may use cookies, IP address, device information and similar technologies to deliver or measure ads. Advertising providers may include Adsterra and other providers adopted by the Operator, and their privacy policies apply to their own processing.

9. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand service usage and improve the product. Such tools may process cookies, IP address, device information and browsing activity.

10. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with consent, as required by law, to investigate or prevent abuse, to protect life/property, or when processors are needed for advertising, authentication, payment, email, infrastructure, analytics or payout services.

11. Payments

Paid plans may use PayPal or another payment provider. Some payment-related information is sent to the provider. Full payment-card numbers are generally handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Linkmisty.

12. International Data Transfers

Depending on the servers and external providers used, information may be stored or processed outside the user’s country or region.

13. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and for fraud prevention, accounting, payout records, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized by reasonable means.

14. Security

The Operator uses reasonable safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration and loss, but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet communications or data storage.

15. User Controls

Available account functions may include changing username, email, password, profile information and payout destination; reviewing sessions; logging out individual or all devices; and deleting the account.

16. Access, Correction and Deletion Requests

Where applicable law provides such rights, users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information by contacting the Operator.

17. Minors

Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law.

18. Changes and Contact

This Policy may be updated when the service, laws or external providers change. Material changes will be announced appropriately.
