Linkmisty Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Linkmisty provided by the Linkmisty operator (the “Operator”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Linkmisty lets users create and publish link cards, cushion pages, profile pages and related web content for use on social networks and other websites. The Operator may change features, pricing, revenue-sharing programs and other specifications when reasonably necessary.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information and protect your login credentials. Activity performed through your account is generally treated as activity by you. Accounts may be restricted or deleted for impersonation, false information or unauthorized use.

3. Plans

The service may offer Free, Pro, Business and other plans. Current prices, features, Revenue Share rates, referral rewards and invitation limits are those displayed in the service. Future changes generally apply to revenue generated after the change.

4. User Content

You may create cards, link pages, profile pages and other content. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to all text, images, video, URLs and other material you submit.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating law or public order
• Impersonation or infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights
• Malware, phishing, fraud or other malicious links
• Unauthorized access or manipulation of the service or its revenue calculations
• Artificial PV, unique visits, clicks or ad impressions using bots, scripts, self-clicking, click exchanges or other invalid traffic
• Violations of advertising-network or third-party service rules
• Abusive multi-accounting, self-referrals, circular referrals or other reward manipulation

6. Advertising

The service may display ads provided by the Operator or third-party advertising partners. Ad content, placement, format and delivery conditions may change based on the Operator or advertising partner.

7. Advertising Revenue and Revenue Share

The service may distribute a portion of valid revenue actually recognized by advertising partners or other revenue sources. As a general rule, user reward = valid confirmed revenue × the Revenue Share rate that applies to the user. Dashboard figures may be estimates and can be reduced or reversed due to invalid traffic, chargebacks or partner adjustments.

8. Invalid Traffic

Bots, self-clicks, fraudulent clicks, purchased traffic, click exchanges, incentivized traffic and other traffic judged invalid by the Operator or advertising partners are not eligible for rewards. Rewards may be held, reduced, cancelled or offset against future earnings, and related accounts may be investigated or suspended.

9. Referral Rewards

Eligible Pro, Business or other plans may receive a reward based on valid revenue generated by directly referred users. Referral rates and limits are those shown for each plan. Self-referrals, circular referrals, multi-account abuse and other fraudulent referrals are ineligible.

10. Reward Finalization

Displayed rewards may include unfinalized amounts. Final amounts are determined after revenue is confirmed by advertising or other revenue partners, and timing may vary by partner settlement cycle.

11. Payouts

You may request a payout after reaching the minimum payout threshold and satisfying applicable verification requirements. Supported payout methods, fees and schedules are displayed in the service. The Operator may temporarily hold payouts during fraud or compliance reviews.

12. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed at the prices and on the terms shown when you subscribe. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal charges; amounts already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved.

13. Payment Providers

Paid-plan payments may be processed by PayPal or another designated payment provider. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

14. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. The registered payment method may be charged at sign-up and each renewal.

15. Cancellation and Downgrade

You may cancel or downgrade using your Linkmisty account page, PayPal automatic-payment controls or another method designated by the Operator. Completing cancellation before the next renewal date stops subsequent automatic charges.

16. Refunds

Because Linkmisty is a digital service, prorated or partial refunds are generally not provided after service begins, except where required by law, for duplicate charges, material defects attributable to the Operator, or when the Operator separately approves a refund.

17. Suspension and Deletion

The Operator may restrict, suspend or delete an account without prior notice when necessary for violations, fraud, advertising-partner warnings, security or operation of the service. Public content may be unpublished and unpaid rewards may be cancelled for serious violations.

18. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Rights in Linkmisty systems, branding, design, software and Operator-created content belong to the Operator or lawful rights holders. User-created content generally remains with its owner. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and the Operator is not responsible for losses caused by their outages or policy changes.

19. Changes, Availability and Disclaimer

The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. Linkmisty does not guarantee any specific revenue, PV, clicks, conversion, CPM, RPM or profit. Results vary by market, country, user behavior, ad format and advertising partner.

20. Changes to These Terms; Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Operator may amend these Terms and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. These Terms are governed by 日本法. Disputes shall be subject in the first instance to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of 札幌地方裁判所.
